Job description

We are looking for an excellent Sous Chef (m/f) with previous ship experience on seagoing vessels in a similar Position - prefarable specialist in the Chinese Cuisine and WOK cooking!.

You should have great knowledge in your field, are very familiar in using fresh products and just love to cook on a very high level - you should also have strong leadership and organisation skills and be used to work within an international Team.

You must be stress-resistant, very hands on, creative, well-groomed at all times, have a friendly and flexible personality and must be very reliable, trustworthy & discreet.

A very good knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures is required.

You must be fluent in Chinese(cantonese) and English, any additional language would be a plus.

If you already hold a valid C1D Visa for the US and STCW (Basic Safety Training) that would be a plus.

The candidate should be aware of the fact that the appliction will be followed by up to 3 skype- and/or telephone interview.
