Executive Chef – Fantastic 5* Cruise Line

Good day,

Hope all is well.

We are currently looking for Executive Chefs for a fantastic 5* Cruise Line.

Executive Chef – Fantastic 5* Cruise Line

•Executive Chef

•5* Cruise Line

•Salary – approx. $6000 - $6500 USD per month (paid just whilst on board) – Salary negotiable for the right candidate

•Contract 4 months on, 2 off

•All flights paid by company

•Start date – asap

•New ships coming out soon.

Candidate requirements:

Previous Cruise Ship experience as an Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef required. Good attention to detail required. Experience in International cuisine and fine dining. High volume catering experience is a must.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a galley team of 100 - 150 + Chefs so previous high volume Ship experience is essential.

Previous Cruise Ship experience as an Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef is a must.

Excellent Management and leadership skills required.

Excellent knowledge of US Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures is required.
